I have worked in Dr. Leslie’s office for more than fifteen years and know him to be a knowledgeable, gentle, caring, generous, and phenomenal dentist. I am proud to be part of his team and work with a group of wonderful people. Being a lifelong resident of this community, I know many of our patients and delight in catching up with all their life happenings when they come into the office.
My husband and I love spending time with our families. We are a musical family and enjoy making music together.
I have been a part of Dr. Leslie’s office since 1998 and have enjoyed working with him and our dental family ever since. Dr. Leslie has shown by example how important it is to be involved in our community and fostering its dental health. Our team has been together for a very long time and are more like a close family. I enjoy going to work at and am proud of this practice.
I have been married to my husband Phil for more than 20 years. We have three daughters, two granddaughters, and two grandsons. I enjoy spending time with family, working on home improvement projects, and gardening.
I have been answering the phone and helping patients at Dr. Leslie’s office for more than 25 years. I enjoy seeing and talking to the people that come through the office and watching their kids grow up! My team and I are like a family. We help each other through ups and downs, and are always here for one another.
My husband and I have two daughters and enjoy family activities like biking. In my spare time, I like to read, play piano, and scrapbook. I look forward to meeting you!

I have been a part of Dr. Leslie’s practice since he began in Berkeley Springs. I am committed to creating a positive dental experience for our patients and truly enjoy the great relationships I’ve built with them over the years. I look forward to meeting you and helping you maintain your dental health!
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, organizing 5k runs and walks for charity, participating in half marathons, riding bikes, and traveling with family and friends.
I am the newest team member in Dr. Leslie’s practice but it did not take me long to realize how genuine the workplace is. Every single member sets out to achieve their goals in ethical, honest ways, with an elevated sense of purpose to improving every patient’s visit. I am so grateful to have been given the opportunity to work in an environment where I am always appreciated and acknowledged. I not only look forward to continuing my career at Thomas W. Leslie, DDS and Associates, but I look forward to meeting you, our patient, and all of our community here in Berkeley Springs.
I am not originally from the area; I was raised in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. When I’m not at work, I love exploring the town and its surroundings with my wonderful husband and our two Siberian Huskies. We are expecting our first child soon and it is safe to say that we are extremely excited! As a family, we enjoy attending church, hiking, staying active, trying new food, and traveling with our loved ones.
I’ve been a part of Dr. Leslie’s practice since 2006. I have seen the way he cares for his patients and makes them feel comfortable, especially when he sings to them! My favorite thing about working in the dental field is watching a patient’s reactions when they see their newly restored smile! There’s nothing better than helping a person feel better about their smile!
When I’m not at work, I enjoy baking, running, and visiting new places. I love spending time with my husband, our young daughter, and our animals, family, and friends. I look forward to meeting you and your smile!

Hi! My name is Dixie. I began with Dr. Leslie in 2000 as a dental assistant and was inspired to become a dental hygienist. I am now back in the practice, working with patients one-on-one, and I absolutely love it! It’s so rewarding to see how clean my patients’ smiles are, and to know that I’ve put so much care into their health. I look forward to working with you and your family. Together we can achieve excellent dental health!
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two daughters, stepdaughter, and four dogs. As a family, we enjoy vacationing in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and working on the farm. I am a member of and volunteer with the community fire department.
I worked as an orthodontic assistant for 26 years before deciding to become a dental hygienist in 2003, and joined Dr. Leslie’s team in 2013. I enjoy making patients who are afraid feel comfortable in the dental chair, and help them realize that there is nothing to be fearful of. My teammates are the best, too! I love working here because the entire team, from top to bottom, is sincerely concerned about our patients and each other.
My husband Butch is retired from teaching eighth-grade algebra. Our son Rob teaches at Millbrook High School in Virginia. Our other son, Joe, is a Berkeley County Sheriff’s deputy. We are all Mountaineer maniacs and never miss a football game or basketball game!
Registered Dental Hygienist
I’ve been working at Dr. Leslie’s practice since 2007. This is a very caring practice that puts patients first. We are a group of people who truly want to help others. I am very proud to be part of this team because we all make our patients feel comfortable and at ease.
Not originally from Berkeley Springs, I enjoy learning more and more about this area. My husband and I have four children, and we love to boat, fish, and just enjoy life together. I look forward to getting to know you and your family!
