As a native of Garrett County, Maryland and recent graduate of West Virginia University School of Dentistry, I was eager to join a thriving practice in the beautiful area of Berkeley Springs and give back to the wonderful state that I have fallen in love with. The friendly small town vibe and ability to make a positive impact in the community is what drew me to this area.
My commitment to community service and outreach has taken me as far as Guatemala in order to provide dental care for the underserved. I was humbled by my first visit there as a dental hygiene student, and felt blessed to be able to return to the country once again in 2015 as a dental student. I feel fortunate to have chosen a profession that helps improve people's lives by restoring dental health and improving self-esteem.
I truly value my patient relationships and take pride in being able to take the time to educate others about oral healthcare and prevention. In order to provide the highest quality of dental care possible, I take part in several education courses throughout the year to stay current with the latest techniques and services. I am a member and am involved in several professional dental organizations.
- American Dental Association
- West Virginia Dental Association
- Eastern Panhandle Dental Association
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
My husband, Ben, our daughter, Leena and our dog, Daisy, enjoy spending time outdoors and taking in the beautiful scenic views that West Virginia has to offer. One of our favorite activities is to go skiing. My other hobbies include traveling, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers, and spending time with my friends and family.
